Refund policy

At Bin Ali Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless it is our fault.
